The exclusive merchandise and exclusive access to the “In-the-Booth” concert series offers are available to individuals who make a purchase of $1 or more via Mobile Order & Pay in the McDonald’s app, during select days between July 5^th and July 31^st, 2022. What days are the exclusive merchandise available? 

To gain access to purchase exclusive merchandise, you must make a purchase of $1 or more via Mobile Order & Pay in the McDonald’s app on one of the following dates: Tues. 7/5, Thurs. 7/7, Thurs. 7/14, Thurs. 7/21 or Thurs. 7/28. Merchandise is available before stated deadline while partner supplies last.

How do I purchase the Camp McDonald’s merchandise?

After making a qualifying purchase on any merchandise day, go to the McDonald’s App home screen and tap on: “Order your merch.” Follow the on-screen directions (which may include needing to copy and paste a code at the merchandise site). You will only have access to the merchandise tile for 7 days from your qualifying purchase while partner supplies last. For the last merchandise day (Kid Cudi on 7/28), you will have 14 days from your qualifying purchase to access the merchandise while partner supplies last. July 5th merchandise day access will only last until 11:59:59 pm ET on 7/6/22 while partner supplies last.

If I purchase the merchandise, when will I receive my item?

Merchandise will be handled and shipped directly by the merchandise partner.  Merchandise will be sent to the address you provided during purchase.  Please review the partner site at the time you order for shipping information.

Is there a limited quantity of merchandise items available for purchase?  Can I purchase more than one item? 

There is a limit of one Grimace Pool Float per person. All merchandise is only available, before the deadline for purchase stated in the app, while supplies last.

If I exit out of the merchandise purchase form, will I be able to get back to the site? 

Yes, you will be able to get to your wallet page through a reminder card that will show up in your McDonald’s app for 7 days after the purchase (*48 hours for the Grimace Pool Float). For the last merchandise day (Kid Cudi on 7/28), you will have 14 days from your qualifying purchase to access the merchandise while partner supplies last. The reminder card will allow you to access the URL of the partner site as well as instructions on how to redeem the offer. But remember, all merchandise is only available while partner supplies last.

Do I need to provide my real address to receive my merchandise? 

Yes, you must provide your real shipping address (including apartment/unit number, if applicable) to receive the merchandise.  Delivery is not guaranteed to an undeliverable address. All deliveries must be in the U.S. Please refer to "Who should I call if I have questions after I purchase?” for merchandise partner contact info on merchandise order(s).

Can you ship to a PO Box?

No, unfortunately the merchandise partners cannot ship the merchandise to a PO Box address. Please refer to "Who should I call if I have questions after I purchase?” to contact merchandise partners for questions on merchandise order(s).

Will I receive a tracking number?

What if I lose my non-unique code to purchase the merchandise? 

Your non-unique code to purchase the merchandise will be stored in your “reminder card,” located in the home screen of your McDonald’s mobile app.

Why is there no merchandise on the Camp McDonald's tile to purchase?

After you make a qualifying purchase, you must access the tile to purchase merchandise within 7 days (while supplies last). However, to purchase the Grimace Pool Float on July 5th, you will only have 48 hours to make a purchase (while supplies last). For Kid Cudi’s merchandise, you will have 14 days (while supplies last).  

Why did I get a unique code to purchase merchandise, but the partner site says it’s sold out?

All merchandise is only available while partner supplies last.

Why can’t I select the “In-the-Booth” concert anymore?

Once you make a qualifying purchase on one of the concert days, you will have 7 days to access the concert. Once you do, you have access to the concert for 24 hours.  

Do I have to have the McDonald’s app to purchase the merchandise or view the “In-the-Booth” concerts?

How do I get the McDonald’s app to access Camp McDonald’s?

Participants must first download and install the McDonald’s app on their qualifying iOS or Android Device (e.g., an iPhone®, Android phone or iPod Touch®, Android Galaxy Tablet, etc.) if they do not already have the current version of the McDonald’s app installed. Data rates may apply. The McDonald’s app is free, but only available in the App Store or Google Play (for iOS/Android). In the App Store, compatibility requires iOS 10.0 or later for iPhone® and iPod Touch®. In Google Play, compatibility requires Android 5.0 or later. Use of the McDonald’s app is subject to the Terms & Conditions for the McDonald’s app, which can be found in the “Careers, Contact & Legal” tab in the McDonald’s app menu.

Once you have downloaded the McDonald’s app, complete the registration process for the McDonald’s app, including providing a valid email address. You will need to enable “Location Services” and include your email address in your McDonald’s app settings in order to use Mobile Order & Pay. Note that the winner will be notified via email.

Will there be special packaging for Camp McDonald’s like there was for Famous Orders?

Yes, Camp McDonald's menu items, and all food served during the Camp McDonald’s window, will be served in custom bags and cold cups designed just for our virtual experience. The packaging features the Camp McDonald’s logo and many playful elements from our overall look and feel.

How did you choose the offers featured in the calendar?  

The food deals featured throughout Camp McDonald’s are a collection of some of our fans’ favorite menu items. And with the weather heating up, we’re also dishing out deals on two menu hacks with peak summertime vibes—an Apple Pie McFlurry® and a McFlurry® Sandwich—which fans can build themselves.

Are these the celeb partners’ favorite menu items?

The food deals featured throughout Camp McDonald’s are not intended to be the favorite menu items of our artist partners, but it just so happens some of their favorites are on the lineup!

Each digital food offer during Camp McDonald’s is available on the specific date as noted on the McDonald’s app. The offer will be available for 24 hours beginning at 12:00 am local time on the day of the deal, at participating McDonald’s restaurants nationwide.

Are Camp McDonald’s digital food offers available in-restaurant or via the drive thru? Why are they only available on the app?

Fans can only redeem the Camp McDonald’s digital food offers on the McDonald’s app. We’re making these offers available through the McDonald’s app because it’s a quick and easy way for fans to access their favorite menu items on the Camp McDonald’s lineup. 

Are Camp McDonald’s digital food offers available on McDelivery through Uber Eats or DoorDash?

No, Camp McDonald’s digital food offers are available exclusively on the McDonald’s app. Fans will not be able to redeem Camp McDonald’s digital food offers via McDelivery.

Will there be a new digital food offer available daily during Camp McDonald’s?

Will there be menu substitutes if my local McDonald's is out of the daily digital food offer?

Each Camp McDonald’s digital food offer will be available while supplies last at participating U.S. restaurants nationwide, when ordered exclusively on the McDonald’s app via Mobile Order & Pay.

Will I earn points for digital food offer purchases made during Camp McDonald’s through MyMcDonald’s Rewards?  

Yes, customers will be able to earn MyMcDonald’s Rewards points on their digital food offer purchases through Mobile Order & Pay in the McDonald’s app.

How do I redeem a digital food offer on the McDonald’s app? How long do I have to redeem each offer?

The Camp McDonald’s food deals will be available for redemption through the app by selecting the daily deal and "Add to Mobile Order" on the McDonald’s app.

If I don’t have the McDonald’s app, can I still take advantage of Camp McDonald’s digital food offers?

No, Camp McDonald’s digital food offers are available exclusively via the McDonald’s app.

What happens if you miss a daily digital food offer? Are you able to redeem that particular offer at a later date?

Each daily food deal will only be available on the specific date as noted on the McDonald’s app. But Camp McDonald’s has a variety of exciting digital food offers between July 5 and July 31, so don’t forget to mark your calendar for your favorites!

What are McDonald’s Menu Hacks?

Every McDonald’s customer has their go-to order, and many of our fans enjoy mashing up our menu items to make delicious new creations. Menu Hacks are a spotlight on these combinations that fans can assemble themselves.  

What are the Menu Hacks that will be offered during Camp McDonald’s? When will they be offered?

Camp McDonald’s will be offering deals on two dessert Menu Hacks – the Apple Pie McFlurry® and the McFlurry® Sandwich. Fans can assemble the Apple Pie McFlurry® by adding our fan-favorite Apple Pie to the iconic McFlurry®. Fans can build the McFlurry® Sandwich by adding a spoonful of any delicious McFlurry® flavor of their choice between two of our Chocolate Chip Cookies. 

The deal for the Apple Pie McFlurry® will be on July 6 and the McFlurry® Sandwich will be on July 20, exclusively on the McDonald’s app.

Are these new Menu Hacks?  

This is the first time that the Apple Pie McFlurry® and McFlurry® Sandwich will be featured on the McDonald’s app. The deal for the Apple Pie McFlurry® will be on July 6 and the McFlurry® Sandwich will be on July 20, exclusively on the McDonald’s app.

Can I order the Menu Hacks by name?  

The Camp McDonald’s Menu Hacks will be listed by name, exclusively on the McDonald’s app.

Who created the Menu Hacks that will be offered during Camp McDonald’s?

While we may not know who first created each of these Menu Hacks, we can say for sure that they were created by our fans for our fans. The two Menu Hacks we’re featuring are some of the ones we’ve seen our fans build and share across social media and are the perfect summer treats.

Why were these Menu Hacks chosen for Camp McDonald’s?

The Apple Pie McFlurry® and McFlurry® Sandwich are not only delicious but are the perfect summertime treats to help our fans cool off during Camp McDonald’s.

Will the items come already “hacked” or will I need to put it together myself?

Building the Menu Hacks is part of the fun! To stay true to their fan-inspired origins, fans will get to assemble each Menu Hack on their own. When fans order one of the Menu Hacks by name via the McDonald’s app, they’ll receive the items needed to assemble the creation themselves.

Why are there only two Menu Hacks and not one per week like the rest of the offers and experiences?

While Menu Hacks will be available for two days on the Camp McDonald’s calendar, there will be plenty of other offers and experiences for fans to enjoy from July 5 through July 31.

How can I access the merch drop each week?  

Camp McDonald’s merch drops are accessed by utilizing a promo code provided in the McDonald’s app after you spend $1 via Mobile Order & Pay. You’ll then be taken to our third-party partner site where you will utilize the promo code to access and purchase the available merch.  

For the innisfree drop, customers will need to make a $1 purchase on the McDonald’s app via Mobile Order & Pay and will be given a promo code to use on the innisfree website; however, you must also make a purchase on the innisfree site to utilize the code for the merch.

McDonald’s is working with four partners to produce custom merch for Camp McDonald’s. Our exclusive collections were created with Free & Easy, innisfree, Ma®ket and Kid Cudi, and will be available to unlock via the McDonald’s app.

What kind of merch will be available to fans?

McDonald’s is helping fans gear up for camp with limited-edition merch collabs, with new gear dropping for purchase every Thursday from Free & Easy, Ma®ket, innisfree and Kid Cudi. Fans will have access to the various merch collections – from clothing and accessories to skincare products – via a code they receive after spending $1 on the McDonald’s app.

Camp McDonald’s merch drops will only be available on the McDonald’s app and unlocked for purchase after you spend $1 via Mobile Order & Pay. These are exclusive Camp McDonald’s items produced in limited quantities, so we do not plan to make them available on GoldenArchesUnlimited.com or other retail channels at this time.

Can I only get the merch on the one day? Or is it available until it sells out?

To receive access to the merch, you must purchase on the day it drops. The Grimace float will be available for 48 hours and the other four drops will be available for 7 days OR until sell out.  

How long will it take for my items to ship once I order?  

Camp McDonald’s merch will be shipped to the address provided during purchase and can be expected to arrive within 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the merch item.

Can I purchase more than one of each item in the merch drops?

During the first merch drop of the Retro Grimace Pool Float, fans are limited to one per person. For the Free & Easy, Ma®ket, innisfree and Kid Cudi merch drops, there are no purchase limits.

How long are the performances?

Each artist performance will include a setlist of 3-5 songs.  

Can the performances be viewed anywhere else outside of the app?

Why does Kid Cudi get his own merch, while the other partners did not have any?

Since Kid Cudi is headlining Camp McDonald’s, we wanted to give fans a special way to remember their experience at his virtual concert with a merch collaboration. We’re tapping into Cudi’s unique style for this merch line, dropping July 27.

Is Blackbear vegan? Does McDonald’s have vegan options on their menu?

Blackbear is not currently vegan. While there are currently no vegan options available to order on the McDonald’s menu, guests can request to forgo certain parts of a menu item such as the cheese on a burger or the bun to accommodate their food preferences.  

Do I need to purchase tickets for the performances or are they free?

With a $1 purchase on the McDonald’s app via Mobile Order & Pay, fans will receive access to that day’s exclusive Camp McDonald’s content, which includes performances by Blackbear, Omar Apollo, BIBI and Kid Cudi.

Where on the McDonald’s app do I go to view the performances?

With a $1 purchase on the McDonald’s app via Mobile Order & Pay, fans will unlock access to that day’s music performance. They’ll receive a notification inviting them to view the virtual concert.

When will the performances take place?

Camp McDonald’s will feature music performances exclusively on the McDonald’s app with a $1 purchase via Mobile Order & Pay every Sunday in July. Performances will become available on July 10 (Blackbear), July 17 (Omar Apollo), July 24 (BIBI) and July 31 (Kid Cudi).

How long will the performances be available to watch on the app?

The first three performances featuring Blackbear, Omar Apollo and BIBI will be available for viewing exclusively on the McDonald’s app for 7 days following their Sunday release. The final performance by Kid Cudi will be available for 2 days following its Sunday release. Performances will become available starting on the following dates: Sunday, July 10 (Blackbear), Sunday, July 17 (Omar Apollo), Sunday, July 24 (BIBI) and Sunday, July 31 (Kid Cudi).

Will fans be able to attend the performances in person?

No, fans will only be able to attend the performances virtually as an exclusive experience within the McDonald’s app. Fans will have to make a $1 purchase via Mobile Order & Pay to gain access.

Although our talent partners do not have their own meals, we will have plenty of food deals and Menu Hacks for fans to choose from, exclusively on the McDonald’s app with a $1 purchase via Mobile Order & Pay.

Are there any vegan/vegetarian Menu Hacks or digital food offers? Are there other substitutes or options if not?

While there are not any vegan or vegetarian options available to order, guests can customize and request to hold any ingredients on any menu item.
